History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the south. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
