History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wishes to resurrect an old love
