Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Body Guard born in the past three hundred years. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the east to a Body Guard, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was a Beggar, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He became a Body Guard soon after.

Description: A 5'11" northern man, he prefers to wear flannel. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: The child of a Armorer, who enjoyed hunting, Odo was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tattered old clothes. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His tied-back hair is brown. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
