History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Raymond hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his music dream.
