He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Everard studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Everard took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Everard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Theobald was born with his mother's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
