Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gerard never married again.
