Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
