History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
