Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hugh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Baker profession.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
