History: Jocelyn was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
