History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kyle's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: Theobald is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Drogo studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
