Description: He very much looks the part of a Jeweler. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and further expansion of business

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is short and blonde. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants to get laid

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.
History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Outside of the suit he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his warhammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Being a Barkeep kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
