Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
