Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
