Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.
