History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: Diggory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Don is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Don was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
