Upon awakening, Bernard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Dustin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Dustin began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
