History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and money/treasure

Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
