History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Theodoric is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business
