History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Miles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'3" and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Bather like his father before him.
