Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
