History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Trym reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
