History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Diggory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
