When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Mercenary like his father before him.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and regain custody of his son

History: Thomas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Slave Trader mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is auburn and curly. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
