Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Henry lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Ruler soon after.
