History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He carries with him a set of kukris on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His hair is auburn and curly. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This tall, slender man wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is a Brewer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
