Description: He dresses like a well dressed Detective does. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. One day when Ernest was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ernest was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When Gerald reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A 5'1" eastern man, he wears brown trousers with white and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His red hair is cut short. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has worked as a Herbalist like his father before him.
