Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Randal was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Banker. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
