Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wishes to resurrect an old love

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
