History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Lewis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has worked as a Beggar like his father before him.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
