History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired him part-time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Miles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He tends to his Body Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found
