Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: John hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses like a well dressed Locksmith does. His hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
