History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Adventurer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
