Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Chad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lewis has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
