Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Merchant. His hair is red and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has moderate length black hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Revenge; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
