Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born in the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Robert took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new architect responsibilities is difficult
