He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Aldous took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
