He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his red hair down. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Godfrey studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
