When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
