Heward Milton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is lean but muscular and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
Ideals: Fighting, Gifted. Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Nature, Criminal record. Occupation: Barber

Alex Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a violet shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and white pants. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
