Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anselm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and further expansion of business

Personality: Cory hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
