Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
