History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear flannel, marred by sweets. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ralf studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Manfred is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and his religion dominates his actions
