History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'0" and sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Heward wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heward decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
