Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Heward is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Carpenter, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
