Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired him part-time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
