His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
