He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Norman learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Shepherd.
