Description: He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He carries with him a set of crossbows, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He stands about 6'1" and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and many brigands want him driven away
