Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Lance was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Godfrey enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to be a ruler again
